IT’S IN THE STARS

"It's In The Stars" is a fan art series compiled of my digital and mixed media collage, acrylic paint artworks of celebrities, historical figures, iconic cartoon characters against backgrounds of florals, vegetation, or elements of earth and space. Who doesn’t love celebrities? Or historical figures that they admire? Or cartoon characters that they watched on Saturday morning cartoons while growing up? First and foremost, I always wanted to be a Disney illustrator, especially after working with a Disney Imagineer when I was in middle school! My love for painting took over my illustrating dreams but I still jump for the chance to illustrate and learn the magical ways of illustrators! Here is a series of artworks that I created in honor of my favorite celebrities, historical figures I admire, and iconic cartoon/animated characters that defined my childhood Saturday morning and after school hours.
